EMPLOYEE OWNED COMPANY - Solid benefits JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, safely and to VSI's quality standard.This position is also responsible for coaching, mentoring & leading production staff. This position is also responsible for working collaboratively to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency while maintaining VSI's quality standard.
