2nd Shift Supervisor - (Chattanooga, TN)

KEY FUNCTIONS: * Provide direct supervision of all aspects of production in the laundry, pack room, sterilization, and/or quarantine/finished goods area. * Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures relating to the above area(s) are being followed. * Monitor and control production supplies and inventory. * Ensure that safety, quality and employee performance standards are being met. * Ensure that correct job methods are used. * Assist in maintaining labor and supply costs within production budget. * Provide direct supervision of team leaders in the laundry, pack room, sterilization, and/or quarantine/finished goods areas. * Enforce good housekeeping practices. * Assist in any area as needed.
