Service Writer/Advisor (2019-112) - (French Camp, CA)

PAPÉ KENWORTH – FRENCH CAMP, CA SERVICE WRITER / ADVISOR: Duties include greeting customers, check-in of units for repairs, quoting repairs and additional repairs, maintaining contact with customers and salesmen, assisting Shop Foreman in workflow, and maintaining/invoicing of work orders. Must have knowledge of the functional, technical and mechanical aspects related to maintaining and repairing Heavy Duty Class eight and Mid-range vehicles. Dealership background is preferred. In addition, qualified candidate should have superior written and spoken communication abilities with both internal and external customers, basic technical skills with Outlook and Internet, expertise to learn new computer systems, and above average customer service skills.
