Manufacturing Engineering Manager - (Denton, TX)

Position details: Directs and coordinates activities of Manufacturing Engineering department in the review and improvement of process design for the manufacture of products. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline Mechanical Engineering preferred; Five Years of engineering management experience in a high volume manufacturing environment Ability to analyze and resolve production issues, scheduling and implementation of manufacturing initiatives Lean Manufacturing ability required. Ability to teach system required Outstanding communication expertise Leadership skills and decision-making skills Excellent product knowledge preferred Pro-E skills preferred Strong knowledge of value streams, TPM, pull systems and flow production required Responsibilities: Establishes priorities and sequences for the design of improved manufacturing processes Coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production costs and quality of products meet specifications
