Loan Officer Specific Duties and Responsibilities Maintain in good standing all Loan Officer Licenses in the State(s) for which the Loan Officer is authorized to conduct business through the NMLS. Be available to pre-qualify Century prospects via phone, e-mail, or in person as required by the prospect within 24 hours of notification. Attend grand openings, phase releases and other Century events as required by the Century division management. To originate loan applications within 24 to 48 hours after a Century home sale. Submit loan applications with required documentation to underwriting within ten calendar days from application. Prepare and send electronically an accurate Loan Estimate (LE) and subsequent LE for changed circumstances as required per Inspire Home Loans policy. Return all phone calls received, including from candidates, approved borrowers, Inspire Home Loans staff, Century Communities staff, escrow or title representatives, etc.
