Accounting Manager (NA Shared Services Manager I) - (Hercules, CA)

Overview Bio-Rad is looking for an Accounting Manager. Responsibilities* This role is responsible for working collaboratively with multiple groups within the Shared Services Centers in developing and sustaining business practices and/or procedures for the RTR process stream in the Global Finance Shared Services Organization.* This individual will also work with key financial and operations business partners to further optimize/enable business practices through the existing ERP ensuring all intercompany, treasury and other related accounting transactions are captured and reported accurately and timely in the company's financial statements in accordance to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).* Manage the daily activities in the intercompany and treasury team; ensure that the accounting transactions and account reconciliations are processed and completed timely including intercompany processing & elimination, cash & investments, FX contracts settlements/MtM revaluation
