Technology Architect - (Durham, NC)

As the Site Lead, this person shall: * manage all Contractor employees to include assigning workload, providing weekly/monthly status report of personnel. * perform and report risk management. * be responsible to make the management and operational decisions to meet the quality standards required under this contract. As the certified Scrum master, this person shall: * provide oversight that Agile Scrum processes are followed for the agile development. * be responsible for all Scrum related meetings required for the team including (but not limited to): Sprint Planning, Daily Meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective. * be responsible for the documentation of all meetings and the documentation of all user stories and qualifications from within the user community. * be responsible for the decomposition of user stories and user qualifications into subtasks and work items appropriate for the Scrum team to work with.
