Support internal and external customers in the cable/Telco area by providing onsite technical support and implementing immediate repairs while displaying exceptional professionalism, outstanding communications skills with top-notch customer service. Troubleshoot and support automated test stations Resolve customer issues related to set top testing Handle all levels of product troubleshooting which may require working within a test bench evaluating cabling, hardware and/or computer systems. Identify, track, document and communicate service related issues and outcome. Background in electronics troubleshooting/repair preferred and familiarity with Telco industry including set top box theory, DOCSIS, modems, VOIP, headend both DAC and DCNS is a plus. Functional knowledge of Microsoft office suite Products - Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
