job summary: Job description As a Content Editor you'll tackle intricate challenges in the realm of customer support, creating meaningful text that helps and empowers users and internal teams navigate Hire. You will focus on building out our internal knowledge base but will also support writing and editing original text for our help center, email campaigns, video scripts, and other content needs as they come up.
