This position will be supporting the DHRA DAI Help Desk and Accounting Support contract. Responsibilities The consultant will make recommendations and advise on organization-wide system improvements, optimization or maintenance efforts. Performs analysis and studies, testing, and acceptance phases. Prepares reports, gives presentations to management, and formulates management policies relating to business processes and their re-engineering. Provides highly technical and specialized guidance (including instruction) concerning solutions to complex business and info processing problems. Demonstrated in depth knowledge of and analytical skill related to business, finance, and/or info technology area of ability.
