Churchill Residential, Churchill at Pinnacle Park, a Family Living Community is looking for an Asst. Maintenance Technician. Assists and works under the direct supervision of the Lead Maintenance Tech providing outrageous customer service each and every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas using company supplied materials and machinery. Responsible for physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy and ensures the company standard completion of make ready apartments. Background in painting required. At least one-year prior apartment maintenance background wanted. Must be able to meet the physical demands listed in the position description.
