Workforce Excellence Trainer II - (Miami, FL)

The Division of Human Resources is seeking a Workforce Excellence Trainer III. The Workforce Excellence Trainer III delivers, develops, and plans trainings, workshops, seminars, and content for Talent Acquisition and Management's Workforce Excellence initiatives and ensures desired operational improvement outcomes are achieved. Workforce Excellence training programs include but are not limited to Service Excellence, Supervisory training, Career Ready, and New Employee Orientation programs for Faculty, Adjuncts, Administrative, and Staff. Duties include: Conducts Service Excellence workshops to FIU student employees, staff and managers. Delivers and plans New Employee Background and New Faculty Orientation. Develops and delivers seminars for students in support of Career Ready. Delivers Supervisory workshops on topics including delegation, introduction to supervision, performance management, recruitment, interviewing and selection, etc.
