Housing Advocate - (St Paul, MN)

Supportive Living Solutions (SLS) is looking for service-minded individuals to assist those living with a mental illness or disability on their housing journey. We are a social services company on a mission to change the quality of life in our community! We know that affordable housing is an on-going issue in our state. Our clients come to us in various stages in their housing search and process. We provide this service as a bridge to connect our homeless or at-risk clients with housing resources necessary to get them on the pathway to stability. In this role, you will work on a team based out of our headquarters in Saint Paul. You will receive a caseload of clients (caseload size depends on stage of clients) referred to us by case management agencies. You will meet with your caseload on a regular basis either in their homes, out in the community like a library or coffee shop.
