Work order administrator - (El Paso, TX)

About the role The Work Order Administrator is responsible for receiving service request phone calls from current residents and then creating and distributing work orders for the maintenance team accurately and in a timely fashion to ensure prompt response. What you'll be doing * Accepts phone call requests from residents and listens to their maintenance need to assess the severity, timing, and needs both in terms of labor and supplies. * Records all service requests into database to ensure accurate tracking * Follows up with maintenance team to ensure service was completed on time and accurately * Monitors supplies needed on service requests and notifies Supply Clerk of current and projected needs * Prepares and compiles miscellaneous reports for management including home history, work response time, completion percentage and others to allow management to properly monitor and improve service levels * Performs other duties as assigned. Typical Physical qualifications: Sit and stand to do clerical work.
