The Loan Fulfillment Assistant acts as an initial and re-disclosure specialist relevant to the products and programs available at Homeside Financial. The Loan Fulfillment Assistant delivers complete resolutions, in a timely manner, to address customer and originators expectations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a high attention to detail, work effectively and be a self-starter. Responsibilities: Data entry Maintain knowledge of the products and programs offered by Homeside Financial. Participate in continuing-ed on processes and procedures of the disclosure department. Verify accuracy of loan application.
