Leasing Coordinator - (Bloomington, IN)

We're currently hiring for a - LEASING COORDINATOR for 2 of our beautiful properties in Bloomington, Indiana. These apartment complexes have 320 and 488 units, and a great office staff to work with. Our ideal candidate is someone with at least one year background in customer service and/or sales. Background in the Multifamily Industry is preferred, but not required. Our company provides generous benefits, paid vacation, bonuses, and great pay. Leasing Coordinator Responsibilities: Follow the leasing/sales process to achieve occupancy goals. Understand and uphold Fair Housing Guidelines. Assist with the preparation of leases, as well as all move-in and compliance related paperwork. Welcome prospective residents, assess their needs and provide tours of the apartment units and community.
