This position is responsible for assisting students and customers with curriculum and general merchandise purchases, returns/refunds of merchandise and buyback of offered textbook and curriculum material. Position will be flexible to support operations as needed in a variety of areas. **Responsibilities:** + Perform primary functions assisting customers with purchases, returns, exchanges and buyback of textbooks and curriculum material. + Assist in the receiving and merchandising of merchandise carried in the store. + Provide customer service and support to customers assisting in locating items needed.
