Our Hot Dog Fast Food joint has created a new Corporate position. About Us: It has been over 100 yrs since our original hot dog stand opened in 1916, it has since opened another stand and sells hot dogs in many grocery stores across the globe. We are currently looking to hire a Training Manager / Operations specialist for the greater New York area! Broad Function: Responsible for the coordination, planning, execution and effectiveness of the Management Training Program, assist in the improvement of existing programs, in addition to creation of new training experiences. Assist the franchise business consultants with new store openings and training. Principle Responsibilities: Schedule training of all participants slotted for the certification training program and maintain records of participants who attended. Follow up, coach and make recommendations pertaining to training needs of all company managers upon completion of the certification program.
