System 1 is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to work for our client, a Global Leader in the Agricultural and Industrial Equipment Industry. Location: Lebanon, IN Pay level: $20-25 per hour (DOE) Job details for the Human Resource Specialist: The Human Resource Specialist at our Lebanon, IN Depot is responsible for the administration of HR programs and services to promote positive employee relations and deliver business objectives. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, leave of absence, and employee relations programs * Organize and facilitate various employment transition processes including, new hire on-boarding and exits / retirements. * Ensure the availability and accuracy of data in the HR/Payroll and Time Entry systems. * Serve as a point of contact for employees at the depot on all matters related to HR policy and process.
