Responsibilities Under general direction works from basic systems designs and specifications; under the direction of a senior team player and/or using standard procedures and guidelines, codes, tests, debugs and documents application programs for review and approval. May assists senior programmers in the development of programs of a more complex nature. Learns and applies techniques to maintain, modify and devise new or existing applications programs. Work assignments are aimed more at production than training, but work is still subject to regular checks by higher levels.
