Wholesale And Acquisitions Associate - (Gilbert, AZ)

The Acquisition Associate will be responsible for qualifying and generating property leads that fit our buying criteria. This will include everything from sourcing and nurturing leads to analyzing properties and negotiating contracts based on our guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to be a part of a growing company and team. You will be paid a healthy commission on all leads that are converted into closed deals.-- This is a full-time, in-office sales position. Responsibilities: --- You must be personable. You will be speaking with sellers on a daily basis, so if you are not comfortable or able to build rapport quickly over the phone, this isn't the position for you. --- You must be a self starter. Although you will have the team assisting you, ultimately you are responsible for managing the lead pipeline, lead generation and bringing properties forward that we want to buy.
