You'll manage recruiting and staffing, receiving and processing of merchandise, and create outstanding customer experiences to ensure the business operates productively and achieves sales, service, and profit goals.Overview:Bloomingdales is seeking an experienced alterations expert to join our store.As a Bloomingdale's Alterations associate, you will help the customer look great and feel wonderful about his or her new purchase. Fitting the garment to the customer is the final step in closing the sale, so alterations play a key role in our business. You will be responsible for working on both men's and women's garments including suits and evening wear.All hourly associates are eligible to receive a quarterly bonus incentive, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand.
