Mid-level Transactional, Finance and Real Estate Law Associate Attorney - (Fort Worth, TX)

Fort Worth office of our client seeks mid-level transactional, finance and real estate law associate attorney with 4-7yrs of background in entity formation, real estate, commercial finance, leasing, and general business transactions. The applicant will be responsible for advice and representation in entity selection, formation, operation, and dissolution, as well as documenting, negotiating, and closing sophisticated business, real estate (including related title/survey review), leasing, and commercial loan transactions. Substantial and direct background negotiating and closing commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, loans, and leasing transactions are essential. Background in and the expertise to identify and analyze complex legal issues and draft a variety of agreements and negotiate directly with opposing counsel to resolve issues are needed.
