Inside Sales Representative - (Highspire, PA)

WM Buffington Company has been a leader in Plumbing, Heating and A-c home services in Central Pennsylvania since 1952. We are looking for applicants with phone marketing and sales skills. The main goal of these applicants is to make outbound phone calls to current & past customers, plus to make cold calls to potential new customers to provide them with our in-home HVAC maintenance related services. Must have five years or more in the telemarketing industry or related, with a proven successful track record. The applicant's performance and commissions are based on customer's satisfaction and his or her phone professionalism. Other measurements are amount of appointments set per hour, cost per lead, personal development in learning the offerings of the company, implementation of already proven operation tools, call center standards, scheduling leads, conversion strategies and temporary CSR responsibilities.
