Everdays is looking for a talented, motivated Account Manager for Customer Success to join the front lines of our rapidly expanding organization as the 1st point of contact for our customers. You'll play a critical role in onboarding new customers and making sure they're set up for ongoing success. If you know the power of building longterm relationships, listening, and connecting for outstanding customer outcomes, then we'd love to talk to you. Responsibilities and duties: Onboard new customers and present them the best ways to use our platform to achieve positive results Build, maintain, and leverage ongoing relationships with new and established customers that lead to increased adoption and ongoing use of the Everdays app and dashboard Utilize a robust CRM to manage relationships and outcomes Understand industry, market needs, and competitors Use department and personal key performance indicators to improve outcomes, strategies, marketing efforts and product positioning
