Senior property accountant - (Austin, TX)

Senior Property Accountant Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, debt compliance, accounts receivable and daily and monthly cash disbursements and receipts. Job functions and duties include, and are not limited to: Month End Close Process which includes the following: -Reconcile accounting schedules to the general ledger -Posting month end journal entries -Reconciling property bank statements -Preparation of financial statements that includes balance sheet reconciliations and income statement flux analysis for the Controller to review Post, track, and pay bills for commercial properties Prepare monthly estimates to be accrued with documentation for Controller to review and approve. Ensure CAM charges and NNN's are properly recorded in conjunction with the respective tenant's lease agreement. Prepare monthly Management & Admin charges documentation for Controller to review and approve.
