Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - (Brooklyn, NY)

Brooklyn, NY: All Year Management NY, Inc. seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the administrative, financial, reporting and risk management of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Will manage project budgets, examine accounting implications for new investments, adjust subsidiary companies/affiliates under IFRS, conduct due diligence, and manage preparation of Financial Statements and tax and other required filings with government agencies. Requires a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance and 3 years of background auditing holding portfolios, conducting due diligence, preparing and submitting tax filings, presenting to Board of Directors, background with the laws of the Security Authority of Israel and advising investors in bond market
