Job Summary The purpose of this job is to manage the lending Quality Control plan for Secondary Market Mortgages, ensuring the plan and processes meet secondary market requirements. The manager generates reports, analyzes data from the QC processes, identifies trends and collaborates with others to develop, implement and monitor action plans. Responsible for ensuring calibration among teammates and across the organization.
