Accounts receivable - (Fargo, ND)

We are seeking a Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by ordering materials, accounts receivable, providing product and service details. Prefer bookkeeping experience. Responsibilities: Order materials per approved job submittals Accounts Receivables Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Requirements: Prior experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or other related fields Expertise to build rapport with clients Expertise to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Superior written and oral communication expertise Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus but not required Duties include but not limited to: Write up & send purchase orders, follow up with factories to confirm they received our purchase orders, follow up on factories ship dates, accounts receivable, send info to our customers.
