Main responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Credit Manager, the Credit Analyst will be responsible for the following: Manage assigned ATB (Aged Trial Balance) Responsible for ensuring full collection of receivables; dispute resolution; reconciling and resolving credit balances; all with an eye toward customer satisfaction Conduct reconciliations; identify and investigate problems within the process and system; provide solutions to resolve issues
