Service techinician - (Mt Dora, FL)

Hammock Oaks Apartments is looking for an EPA certified Service Technician. The Service Technician is responsible for completing service requests in a timely fashion as well as maintaining the property with the Service Team. Some position duties are as follows but limited to: service requests, painting apartments, apartment punches, grounds when necessary, variety tasks provided by Service Manager and etc. The perfect candidate will be a team member who is energetic, fast learner and who is able to both receive and give directions.
