JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction of a licensed Architect, performs moderately-difficult architectural or interior design assignments requiring a working understanding of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques. Compiles data, specifications, rough sketches, etc., and formalizes them into working drawings and/or models. The incumbent at this level has increasing proficiency in the utilization of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and company procedures. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Produces CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards for specific architectural or interior design tasks from general design info in accordance with established standards, procedures, and client qualifications. Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards. Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts.
