Laboratory casework estimator - (Chelsea, MA)

Waldner Inc. is looking for an estimator to join our team. This person will estimate casework and other costs associated to its installation, using architectural drawings and sketches. The estimator will need to prove a min of two years of background. Main responsibilites include: - Specification and scope of work review and analysis. - Take-off elaboration. - Use of software tools for cost estimation. - Understanding a bidding process and proactively anticipate potential extra costs, generating the necessary RFIs. - Knowledge of the most common industry suppliers to complement our quotations.
