Harris Teeter is hiring Full-time Customer Service Clerks! Description : These associates are responsible for monitoring the customer service areas (counter, front-end area, and parking lot) to provide excellent customer service while practicing positive associate relations. Also, Customer Service Clerks are responsible for providing various services at the customer service counter. Principal role is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying background. This requires accurately and efficiently operating the cash register, providing various services at the customer service counter, and maintaining security and control of all funds in the cash register. Perform duties of floor monitor when 1 is not assigned to be on-duty. May be assigned to be the on-duty floor monitor. Perform the duties of cashier and bagger when appropriate.
