Infectious Disease profile. Average 12-19 patients per 8-hour shift June/July start date 4-day work week. Location: Newton Grove Income to be discussed. Solid benefits plan with incentives. SUMMARY: Staff medical provider will provide services to the clients at CommWell Health, for treatment of HIV, Infectious Disease, Hep C and Prep Clinic working collaboratively with all disciplines within an integrative multidisciplinary environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides direct outpatient care to patients. Prescribes medication utilizing clinic formulary for outpatients as feasible. Requisitions on and off-site lab and x-ray exams as needed. Participates in staff conferences to devise individual patient care plans, to revise and update clinic services, continuing quality improvement program and continuing-ed as appropriate.
