Albany office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Banking Group. The applicant should have $500k+ in portables. Background representing commercial banks and financial institutions in all aspects of transactional work, with an emphasis on commercial real estate loan agreements, not-for-profit bond finance, and complex commercial financing transactions are essential. Background involving acquisition, sale or finance of large commercial real estate projects is a plus, as is representation of nonprofit clients involving tax-exempt bond finance. This firm has offices in Manhattan, New Jersey, Long Island, Brooklyn, Washington, D.C., and Albany.
