$10.00 - $12.25 an hour NEW HIRING WAGE! STARTING AT $13.00 per hour! Max & Erma's at the Holiday Inn/Roberts Centre in Wilmington is looking for exceptional Line Cooks to join our team. Ideal applicants have 1-two years previous line cook background in a high volume casual dining restaurant (fast food background not included). We are looking for a skilled cook who is dependable, can follow recipes, and has a commitment to consistency and producing a quality product. New hires in this position will receive $250 sign on bonus: Candidate must not have been employed by CHM previously in the past 12 mnths or worked at a Columbus Hospitality Management property through a temp agency or related program in the past 12 mnths. $125 paid after 30 days of successful employment. $125 paid after 90 days of successful employment. All bonuses contingent upon perfect attendance and adherence to company policy.
