Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Public Works Director $85,000 to $98,000 annual DOE / DOQ Full-time with benefits package/Exempt/Safety Sensitive (requires extensive experience investigation) The Public Works Director is responsible for supervision and operation of the CTUIR Public Works Department, including the Water/Sewer Program, Facilities Maintenance Program, Roads Maintenance and other programs that may be added to the department. The Director will ensure compliance with established CTUIR rules and regulations; and grant and contract conditions or qualifications. Responsible for program planning and implementation; budgeting; staff supervision; work plan preparation; program research and development; conducting needs assessments and program evaluations. Supervises program managers within the department and ensures staff compliance with the CTUIR Personnel Policies Manual.
