HR Representative - Full time - (Tualatin, OR)

XeniumHR is seeking a full time, Human Resource Representative that will support to the Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resource Account Representative’s initiatives and projects. Duties: The Human Resources Representative is responsible for administering Human Resources programs and providing support and delivery of XeniumHR products/services including: Develops and implements HR project deliverables to include: Employee Handbooks, Job Descriptions, HR Audits, Wage Surveys, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, and Performance Management Programs. Answers client hotline calls related to payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, regulatory compliance and employee relations for designated client accounts. Participates in client handbook intakes with HRBPs and HR Account Representatives and takes the lead organizing, formatting and customizing handbooks for clients.
