Evaluation Analyst - (Amherst, MA)

Our Evaluation Analyst role is a great opportunity for an individual with evaluation or applied research background to join our team and help improve the effectiveness and impact of VentureWell's programs. The Evaluation Analyst will collaboratively support evaluation for a range of projects across the evaluation lifecycle. Responsibilities Contributes to the full lifecycle activities of evaluation from proposal and logic model development through analysis and reporting. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization as well as with external partners to develop and implement evaluation plans. Develops and supports qualitative and quantitative data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews, observation protocols). Initiates tools and process improvement techniques that serve the evaluation team in its workflow with internal and external partners. Manages, organizes and analyses quantitative and qualitative data using a combination of tools (including Salesforce, Microsoft excel, Tableau)
