Lead Abatement Worker - (Jackson, MI)

LEAD ABATEMENT WORKER Adrian, MI: Under the guidance of the Lead Abatement Supervisor, perform housing rehabilitation activities in order to remediate lead hazards in housing units in Lenawee County. High-school degree or equivalent; background in the area of new home construction; rehabilitation and/or emergency efficiency techniques required. Lead-Based Paint Certification preferre3d, or expertise to obtain is required. Must possess expertise to physically perform position assignments, including, but not limited to, accessing attics and crawl spaces, climbing onto roofs, and lifting required equipment. Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to travel to worksites. This is a full time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
