Morristown office of our client seeks pharmaceutical patent litigation associate attorney with 2-four years of background in ANDA litigation. The applicant should preferably have an advanced degree in chemistry (or other technology field relevant to pharmaceutical patent work). Should have background in U.S. District Court patent litigation. NJ Bar admission is preferred.
