Were a data-driven development team building performance marketing capabilities and dabbling in machine learning in our journey to make Tripeaks a Top ten app! What We Need: Were looking for a Director of Operations with the operational mindset and problem-solving skills to help our studio get to the next level of efficiency and achievement. We need someone who really gets game development, and who is passionate about identifying gaps in team operation and resolving them at a process level thats sustainable and healthy.
