We're currently seeking a Director of Operations who is a proactive, executive leader that is an analytical thinker and effective problem solver. The Operations Director will work in concert with the CEO and other executives on a daily basis to implement and enforce company systems and processes. The Director of Operations will also collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to progress employee performance and satisfaction for the benefit of the organization. The Director of Operations needs to be results-oriented, organized and committed to flawless execution. In addition, the perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator, analyzer, and doer - capable of effective collaboration and delegation.
