Home Health Care Aide - (Madison, TN)

Assisted Family Care, LLC is currently looking for caregivers to assist our clients in Madison and Donelson, TN. We are seeking compassionate and responsible caregivers to work with our elderly clients in their homes. Excellent communication abilities, dependability and dedication to the assigned shifts required. Shifts: We offer morning to afternoon shifts on a permanent and "as needed/PRN" basis Tasks: Med reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, toilet reminders, bathing and dressing, transportation and companionship We Offer: • Referral and attendance BONUS programs • Mileage compensation (errands and client transportation) • Supportive team and office staffWe have an amazing roster of clients and deep relationships with each one.
