Warehouse Supervisor Wencor - Peachtree City, GA Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs effective supervision of day to day order fulfillment activities, kitting production, shipping, and auto-pack functions. Provides direction and guidance to warehouse personnel on policies and procedures (mentors and coaches teammates). Ensures that order fulfillment activities are timely and completed in accordance with established quality standards and procedures. Assists in determining work schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to warehouse personnel to optimize workflow and ensure effective fulfillment of internal and external customer orders. Assists as needed in staffing projections, recruiting, and hiring decisions. Plans, develops, and implements training activities and standardizes methods throughout the department to optimize productivity and reduce cycle time, quality defects, and overall costs.
