IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FULL APPLICATION PROCESS Lead Manager needed for our Real Estate Investment Firm. We are looking to generate more leads and will need more people to keep track of all the leads. The principal role will be to manage the lead database for a local Real Estate Investor who purchases homes directly from homeowners in the Florida market. This consists of answering incoming calls from homeowners each week, following up with existing leads, and keeping the lead database and CRM up to date, as well as assisting with various other administrative tasks. The perfect applicant will have a fun, friendly, and outgoing personality. They will be the 1st contact for potential home sellers and will be responsible to build rapport and collect the necessary info over the phone. They will also be detail-oriented, organized, able to follow direction, professional, and customer service oriented.
