If so, Altria may be the place for you. We're looking for a Tax Manager to join our Corporate Tax department in Richmond, VA. If you're up for the challenge, you'll be responsible for preparing federal and state income tax returns, sales and use tax returns and state excise tax returns for Altria Group, Inc. and its domestic subsidiaries. You'll also assist with a wide range of tax analysis, including audit responses, tax accounting and miscellaneous projects. Here's what you'll be doing to help us succeed: * Supporting sales and use tax exemptions and state excise tax positions by collecting relevant documents. * Using your ability to prepare income tax extensions, estimates and tax returns.
