Litigation Legal Secretary - (Seattle, WA)
Litigation Legal Secretary Responsibilities: Transcribing, drafting, updating, and finalizing correspondence, pleadings and other documents and, at the direction of the supervising attorney, be responsible for designated decision making at every step. Preparing trial notebooks, witness books, subpoenas, orders, exhibits, and other materials. Requirements: 3+ years of litigation background, including ECF in multiple states, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Must be accustomed to working as a team player and possess the expertise to handle multiple project/deadline assignments under aggressive deadlines or high pressure. Must be highly proficient in grammar, proof reading, English composition, spelling, and editing skills, in addition to exceptional communications skills and the expertise to preserve excellent work relations with other individuals.
