Job overview - Performs a variety of duties such as typing correspondence, generating reports, opening and distributing of mail, and maintaining computer-based and paper files. - May answer and screen telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries. - Applicant must be proficient using Ms office Package and knowledge using SharePoint is a plus. - Resolves routine questions and problems. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. - Relies on background and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. - Works under general supervision. - Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. - Proficiency with Microsoft programs, Security Clearance and previous US NAVAL Installation access preferred. Key skills - Requires a High-school diploma and 2-4 yrs background as an administrate assistant or data entry.
